Orders goes out by the USPS.  A tracking number with your order can take up to 1 to 2 business days, shipping normally goes out fast.  Once provided a tracking number everything else is in USPS hands. Divine Botany do not accept returns or refunds.  Make sure your shipping address is correct once shipped out its no longer Divine Botany responsibility. If you accidentally put in wrong mailing address and its returned back to USPS than only  we can reship.  

Divine Botany is a privately owned business and if you will like large quantities it can be a delay in the shipping process. If that is the issue you will be notified by email or phone number immediately. But rest assure Divine Botany always delivers!
